Eastbank Venue + Lounge offers two private Luxury lounges for both sides of the wedding party to use.

The Studio Lounge

  • Located on the 3rd floor, the lounge is a spacious, light-filled retreat designed to make the start of your wedding day both relaxed and memorable.

  • The suite features a separate, private changing space for the bride, nine dedicated hair and makeup stations, and a private bathroom, with additional restrooms conveniently located just outside the suite.

  • A comfortable soft-seating area invites you to unwind with your wedding party, while a table and chairs provide the perfect setup for breakfast, a food bar, or pre-ceremony toasts.

  • Thoughtfully designed with photographers in mind, the lounge offers beautiful natural light, a designated photo area, and stunning views of downtown Cedar Rapids and the river.

  • Finished with original wood floors and a gorgeous textured ceiling, the Bridal Lounge blends modern comfort with Eastbank’s signature historical charm, creating an unforgettable getting-ready experience.

The River Lounge

  • The River Lounge at Eastbank offers a relaxed yet stylish space for getting ready and gathering before the celebration begins.

  • The lounge features four vanities, plenty of hooks for hanging attire, and a comfortable soft-seating area designed for both convenience and downtime.

  • A smart TV provides entertainment throughout the day, while the historical exposed brick and original garage door add character and charm unique to the space.

  • The garage door opens to a private outdoor patio overlooking the river, complete with high-top tables and cornhole—creating the perfect setting to unwind, connect, and enjoy the moment before saying “I do.”
