Eastbank’s historic downtown setting pairs exposed brick and expansive windows with a modern reception space. We work with your floor plan, set the room, and manage the transition from ceremony to reception so the day feels connected from start to finish.
Color changing ceiling lights, projection screens, and a separate bar lounge give you room to make the celebration your own.

Two getting ready lounges
Start the day in the light filled Studio Lounge, with dedicated hair and makeup stations, a private changing area, and space to relax. The River Lounge has its own patio, comfortable seating, and room for the other side of your wedding party to gather.
Planning and coordination
Choose the level of support that fits your day. Eastbank’s coordination services can cover planning meetings, timeline and floor plan guidance, rehearsal and procession cues, vendor communication, décor execution, and day of problem solving. We will identify the exact coordination package in your proposal.
Décor and setup
Use Eastbank’s collection of more than 500 décor pieces, table details, and backdrops to build a look that feels like you. Our team handles the venue setup, transitions, and teardown. Your own florals and personal touches can be incorporated into the design plan.
Catering and bar
Zest Catering Company offers in house menus and buffet service, with service ware, staff, and cleanup available through its catering arrangement. Eastbank’s staffed bar can be tailored to the drinks you choose to host, while other selections can be available for guest purchase. We will spell out food, beverage, service charges, and guest count assumptions in your quote.

What is included with your venue
The venue foundation gives you 14,000 square feet of flexible space in downtown Cedar Rapids, the Studio and River Lounges, ceremony and reception setup and teardown, tables and floor length linens, in house table décor and backdrops, professional event staff, and a full service bar with bartenders.
Putting your full package together
Tell us your wedding date, estimated guest count, and the experience you want. We will show the venue rental, coordination, Zest catering, and hosted bar choices in a clear proposal, including applicable taxes and service charges. Personal services and additional upgrades will be identified so you can see exactly what your celebration includes.
